— Direct Source Chain

Harvest zone to export bale — no gaps in the chain.

Every batch Shoibal ships carries documented origin from a named coastal zone in Bangladesh. Species identity, drying, grading, and packing happen at our own sites.

/ Three-Step Process

From named zone to export-ready batch

Each collection is assigned a zone code from Shoibal's registered coastal harvest sites in Bangladesh. Species identification is recorded on-site, not retroactively at port.

Step 02 — Process

Drying and grading at our own processing sites

Drying, moisture testing, and grade sorting are carried out at Shoibal-operated facilities. No third-party brokers handle the product between harvest and packing.

Step 03 — Export

Batch-ready bales, FOB Chattogram

Packed and labeled bales ship FOB Chittagong. Each consignment includes batch records, species certificates, and moisture data — ready for your receiving audit.

+ Vendor Audit Ready

Species ID confirmed at harvest, not at the port.

Batch records, zone codes, species certificates, and moisture logs are available for every shipment. Request a documentation sample before placing your first order.
